Symptoms
Exadata patchmgr fails with the below during the IB patching pre-check.
However, this is expected. The InfiniBand switches CANNOT SSH to the database server using the host name "oracle.us.com*" as this is the client (10GbE) network where SSH is not available through the firewall. SSH is available on the administration and IB networks.
