User A gets 'no rows selected' while querying user B's table, even though user A has the privileges to select user B tables.
GRANT SELECT ON B.TABLE1 TO A;
-Connect as user A
SQL> connect USERA/password
SQL> show user
USER is "USERA"
SQL> SELECT * FROM B.TABLE1;
no rows selected
