Symptoms

An application query is failing with below errors since enabling a new SQL profile:

ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19213: error occurred in XML processing at lines 1
LPX-00231: invalid character 32 (' ') found in a Name or Nmtoken

 Attempts to drop the profile with DBMS_SQLTUNE.DROP_SQL_PROFILE also fails with the same errors.
