Symptoms
Various internal errors are noted in the database such as

ORA-00600 [17114]
ORA-00600 [17147]
ORA-00600 [17148]
ORA-00600 [kggsmGetString:1]
ORA-00600 [kqrfrpo]
ORA-00600 [ksfdpcl_2]
There are sessions that are killed in the database that are operating on NOCACHE LOBs.
