GI UPGRADE FAILING AS INCORRECT LOCATIONS ARE PICKED UP IN CONFIG.SH

When upgrade to 12.2.1.2 on ODA we hit below error"/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/gridconfig.sh"' and it returned code(127) and
/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/config/config.sh: line 48:/u01/app/12.2.0/grid/perl/bin/perl: No such file or directory
It is using /u01/app/12.2.0 directory which not exist

Symptoms

ODA upgrade to 12.2.1.2 failed during grid patching:

Tthere is no directory as: /u01/app/12.2.0/grid/perl/bin/ exist in the server

 ERROR : Ran '/bin/su grid -c "/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/gridconfig.sh"' and it returned code(127) and output is:
/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/config/config.sh: line 48: /u01/app/12.2.0/grid/perl/bin/perl: No such file or directory

: ERROR : /bin/su grid -c "/opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/gridconfig.sh" did not complete successfully. Exit code 127 #Step -1#

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.2.12->12.2.1.2
