Symptoms

On : 12.2.0.1 version, RDBMS

High PGA memory allocation when using a temp CLOB in PLSQL.
Below PL/SQL illustrates the situation: full_message is a temp CLOB, and taking into account the number of iterations (50000 times in this case), it can use up to 445MB PGA.
