Symptoms

Windows RAC cluster nodes becoming unresponsive

Observed behavior:

The issue starts with entries such as this in the alert.log.

2018-02-08 14:46:17.237:
[ohasd(4060)]CRS-5825:Agent 'E:\app\11.2.0.4\grid/bin/orarootagent.exe_nt authority\system' is unresponsive and will be restarted. Details at (:CRSAGF00131:) {0:0:2} in E:\app\11.2.0.4\grid\log\<cluster>\ohasd\ohasd.log.
2018-02-08 14:51:05.814:
[E:\app\11.2.0.4\grid\bin\orarootagent.exe(6228)]CRS-5818:Aborted command 'check' for resource 'ora.registry.acfs'. Details at (:CRSAGF00113:) {1:51232:2} in E:\app\11.2.0.4\grid\log\<cluster>\agent\crsd\orarootagent\orarootagent.log.
