RAC Patching Failed with "OUI-67200:Make failed to invoke" due to Inconsistent Patches Across Nodes (Doc ID 2364431.1)

Symptoms

Applying a one-off patch to a RAC Database Home is failing with error OUI-67200:Make failed to invoke
The error will look similar to below:
