ASM Local_listener Value Revert to Default Value after Cluster Restart (Doc ID 2366393.1)

Symptoms

After setting the local_listener for ASM by means of 'srvctl modify asm -listener ...', the values are default back to default listener when the ASM listener is re-started.

With below command, ASM listener points to my <LISTENER_NAME01> listener
