Symptoms

Cloud Control 12c executed SQL czzfwwn404avq every 30 minutes, since dba_recyclebin is not empty, this SQL occupied too much CPU time; and Administration Storage Tablespaces page takes long time to display data.

Following is the navigation:
1. Login to 12c console
2. Navigate to Targets --> Databases
3. Click on database name to go to database home page
4. From the database home page, navigate to following:
Administration ->Storage ->Tablespaces
