How to Setup SPM Trace for Already Established Application Session (Doc ID 2368856.1)

Sometimes it is quite difficult to get hold of SPM trace for queries that are coming from application sessions.

Also it is known that system trace setup for the SQL_ID is known to not produce the trace files. 

This becomes more complex when such queries are not possible to be launched with exactly same SQL_TEXT from sqlplus, as that will change the SQL_TEXT which causes baseline to be not considered.
