ORA-07445[ksfdckare()] Reported When Access LOB

Symptoms
The SecureFile LOB operation crashes with ORA-07445. This happens when application use OCI call interface and does make use of connection pooling.
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksfdckare()+30] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x15F59FC8] [PC:0x36887CE] [Address not mapped to object] []
The ORA-07445 will not occur if set the parameter "_kdli_sio_on" to FALSE
