How to Recover Through a Resetlogs Command Using RMAN (Doc ID 237232.1)

Goal

If the database is/was opened with the resetlogs option, and no Backup was taken after open resetlogs,
and then due to a failure it needs to be recovered.
The requirement is to recover database opened with resetlogs, and "no Backup" is taken and available after Database was opened with RESETLOGS option.

NOTE : Oracle recommends to backup the database after a RESETLOGS, before
continuing. So the below procedure is a last resort when somehow the
backup was not preformed or failed.
