Symptoms

If hostname of a database server contains uppercase letters, orachk 12.2.0.1.4_20171212 not correctly distinguish DB status and DB instance name.

For example, current hostnames of a 2-node RAC are rac1 and Rac2

 

Changes

 Hostname of the database server has been changed to have uppercase letters included.
