Symptoms
- LGWR workers LG0n hung (actually spinning) blocking many sessions and instance had to be shut down to resolve hang
- Hanganalyze shows wait is 'LGWR worker group ordering':
Chain 1 Signature: 'LGWR intra group sync'<='LGWR worker group ordering' (cycle)
Chain 1 Signature Hash: 0x214b2465

Few hours before instance startup there was a Linux OS upgrade which affected the GLIBC rpm as well:
Above timestamp was close to instance startup (w/o machine reboot in-between).
