Symptoms

Mammoth upgrade fails at Step 5 with an error like below:

INFO: Step 5: Installing Hadoop Parcel and Upgrading CDH Cluster
INFO: Making sure all puppet agents can be accessed.
INFO: Pinging puppet agents
INFO: Ping acknowledged after 2 tries
INFO: Installing Hadoop Parcel. This will take some time ...
....

Error [19999]: (//<HOSTNAME1>.<DOMAINNAME>//Stage[main]/Hadoop::Upgradecdh/Exec[upgrade_cdh]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/upgradecdhparcel.sh &> /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/upgradecdhparcel.out returned 1 instead of one of [0]
