Symptoms

12.2 ODP.NET unmanaged driver leaks memory in connection open/close repeatedly when setting Pooling=false.
This problem may occur with the following conditions:

• Using 12.2.0.1 of ODP.NET unmanaged driver
• With setting Pooling=false
• Failing to connect to a database, such as ORA-3114 (a database is unavailable)

Changes

ODP.NET unmanaged driver is upgraded to 12.2.
