Symptoms
Try to mount a diskgroup but fails:
All the disks by the paths in the ORA-15038 messages are indeed belonging to the diskgroup. They are well defined multipath UDEV disks without duplicate devices.
The storage with these disks are well shared physically between all the cluster nodes. And OS of same cluster nodes has no disk mapping issue.
