SQL > select min(snap_id),max(snap_id) from WRH$_ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY;
MIN(SNAP_ID) MAX(SNAP_ID)
------------ ------------
12512 143017 ---------------------------------<< See that the minimum snap id is 12512 and the maximum snap id is 143017. This is a very big range for snap ids to exists in the DB.
