Goal

For DATE or VARCHAR (or CHAR) type column, ALL_TAB_HISTOGRAMS.ENDPOINT_VALUE shows a numeric value, and on many occasions ENDPOINT_ACTUAL_VALUE is empty.

Is there a way to find out what the actual endpoint values were for DATE or string type columns?
