DBCA : Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string (Doc ID 2387471.1)

Symptoms

Creating new 11.2.0.4 database using dbca failed with following error

node1:/etc/opt/oracle $ dbca
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "3061- Prod"

Tried to execute the dbca from other node in the cluster and it is also failed with same above message.
