DBCA : Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string (Doc ID 2387471.1)

Creating new database using dbca failed with following error

node1:/etc/opt/oracle $ dbca

Tried to execute the dbca from other node in the cluster and it is also failed with same above message.
