Symptoms

Database instance gets ORA-600[KDZK_LOAD_GLOBAL_CTX: CANNOT LOAD KDZK_LBIVPOPCNT_DYDI]

Changes

 While there may be other reasons that this error are generated, at least one thing that causes this is the fact that LD_LIBRARY_PATH has been reset
