Symptoms

Big Data SQL 3.1 install on a non-BDA cluster fails with "No cluster matches the configured cluster name or display name. Aborting installation" for example:

BigDataSQL: Authentication succeeded.
BigDataSQL: API version: 14.
BigDataSQL: Cluster type: CDH.
BigDataSQL: Retrieving clusters...
BigDataSQL: One cluster detected.
BigDataSQL: No cluster matches the configured cluster name or display name. Aborting installation.
