Symptoms
ORA-01441 is encountered while executing utl32k.sql for MAX_STRING_SIZE=EXTENDED conversion.
Steps performed:
1 - shutdown db for a cold backup
2 - restart the db in single-instance and upgrade mode
3 - alter system set max_string_size=EXTENDED;
4 - @$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utl32k.sql
