Goal

The service setting configured for each runlevel is reseted after OS reboot.

e.g:
case1:
  # chkconfig --level 2345 nslcd on
  # chkconfig --list nslcd
  nslcd 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off

But, after rebooted the DB server, the above setting returned to off.

  - After reboot
  # chkconfig --list nslcd
  nslcd 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off

case2:
  # chkconfig --level 2 cellirqbalance off
  # chkconfig --level 345 cellirqbalance on
  # chkconfig --list cellirqbalance
  cellirqbalance 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off
=> cellirqbalance is disabled at runlevel 2.

But, after rebooted the DB server, the above setting returned to 'on' at runlevel 2.

  - After reboot
  # chkconfig --list
  cellirqbalance 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off
