How to rebuild initramfs-<version>.el6uek.x86_64.img on a BDA OL6 node only able to boot into rescue mode.

This may be necessary as per the scenario detailed in: A BDA OL6 Server Can Only Boot into Rescue Mode Where initramfs-<version>.el6uek.x86_64.img Has A Much Smaller Size Than on Cluster Nodes Booting into the OS (Doc ID 2392544.1).
