Exadata VM Creation Using OEDA Errors On a Non-Existing Interface (Doc ID 2394028.1)

Symptoms

Exadata VM creation using OEDA fails with interface/bridge (can be virtual as well) that does not exist in the system. In this case it fails to find bridge ifcfg-bondeth0.1520 and reports "Unable to open /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-bondeth0.1520"
