12.2 Grid infrastructure on Windows: Regarding minimum random access memory (RAM) on 12.2 (Doc ID 2394341.1)

Goal

In the online document, the minimum requirement of RAM is 4.0 GB on Windows, but 8.0 GB is required on Linux.
