12.2:Root.sh fails on second node during step 18 Of 19: 'ConfigNode' (Doc ID 2395714.1)

Symptoms

Installing 12.2.0.1 GI :

Receiving following error during the installation of Grid infrastructure while running root.sh script on second node:

2018/04/27 09:57:28 CLSRSC-343: Successfully started Oracle Clusterware stack
2018/04/27 09:57:28 CLSRSC-594: Executing installation step 18 of 19: 'ConfigNode'.
sh: -c: line 0: unexpected EOF while looking for matching '"'
sh: -c: line 1: syntax error: unexpected end of file
CLSRSC-46: Error: '/grid/crsdata/uose01db0020v/crsconfig/srvmcfg1.log' does not exist
CLSRSC-46: Error: '/grid/crsdata/uose01db0020v/crsconfig/srvmcfg1.log' does not exist
