Symptoms
GI upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2
Environment : Additional non-default network in addition to default one.
rootupgrade fails with following errors.

Upgrade fails when running "srvctl upgrade model -s 12.1.0.2.0 -d 12.2.0.1.0 -p first.
