Symptoms
After a Windows 10 update to 1803 (Spring Creators Update), programs using a shared (UNC) folder are not working.
Oracle errors are usually generic ORA-12560 / TNS-00530 errors.
If you copy the program or App folder to a Windows machine that has a local Oracle Client installed, the application runs ok.
