Symptoms
Six new nodes added to existing 2-node RAC Cluster. After relocating SCAN Listeners to any of the newly added nodes, Instances and Services from the original nodes not seen, (registered) by the SCAN Listeners when running on the newly added Cluster nodes when running 'lsnrctl status <listener_scan_name>'. Instead, only Instances and Services from the instance running on the new nodes are registered with the SCAN Listeners on the new nodes. However, the when running the SCAN Listeners on the original nodes, all Instances and Services are registered from all nodes in the Cluster.
