Symptoms

After invoking Data Pump (export (expdp) or import (impdp)) and entering a Username and Password as follows:

C:\Users>impdp

the application crashes with a window stating:

Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.

-> Check online for a solution and close the program
-> Close the program
