Symptoms

Secured External Password Store (SEPS) Oracle Wallet doesn't work on Windows environment client and connection fails with "ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied".

Changes

++ Oracle Client may be on a lower version then what is recommended as per 'Client / Server Interoperability Support Matrix for Different Oracle Versions (Doc ID 207303.1)' matrix, etc.
