Symptoms
Cluster(3 nodes) --- 12102 ---Linux x86-64(rhel6)
RMAN created a 3 node RAC database(db), however, only db instance2 cannot start with the spfile stored in ASM diskgroup(dg):
* Checked the owner:OS group and permissions for the ASM disks (and compared across the nodes), but all these checked fine (ie, owned by grid:asmadmin and permissions of 660)
