Symptoms

On database startup, the following error occurred in the alert log:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [510], [0x70000000000A3A0], [parameter table management], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

 

The Call Stack Trace in the associated incident trace file shows:

Changes

The following lockdown profile was activated before the database startup:

CREATE LOCKDOWN PROFILE XXX_PDB_LOCKDOWN;
ALTER LOCKDOWN PROFILE XXX_PDB_LOCKDOWN DISABLE FEATURE ALL;
ALTER SYSTEM SET PDB_LOCKDOWN = XXX_PDB_LOCKDOWN scope = both;
