Symptoms
After start up of a new database from DBCA, the existing databases in the home are terminated with the following error:
Errors in file $ORACLE_BASE/rdbms/<db_unique_name>/<db_instance_name>/trace/<db_instance_name>_j000_xxxxx8264.trc
