Symptoms

NOTE: The document content below, the user information and data used represents fictitious data from the Oracle sample schema(s) or Public Documentation delivered with an Oracle database product. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

Running a DataPump export completes without errors, but import fails for one table with TIMESTAMP (6) WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE column, due to:

...
ORA-31693: Table data object "<OWNER>"."<TABLE_NAME>" failed to load/unload and is
being skipped due to error:
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-01891: Datetime/Interval internal error

There is no issue with DataPump dumpfile because:
- the issue doesn't reproduce other than the customer database
- when the same dump file is imported into another database it works fine.
