PMON Using High Memory When Using SSLv3 Cipher Suites (Doc ID 2410363.1)

PMON uses high memory when using SSL ciphers are forced to be used in UEK4 kernel version.
SSL_VERSION is set to 3.0 or lower.
With cipher enabled on DB_HOME PMON was using high amount of RES memory and leading to crash of instances.


 This works fine in Linux kernel version UEK3 but the database crashes when the kernel upgrades to UEK4.
