Symptoms
When execute INSERT INTO-SELECT to a table with "after row trigger", ORA-1400,ORA-06512,ORA-04088 occurs.
But It's okay to execute INSERT INTO-VALUES without any trigger.
Example:
Then ORA-1400,ORA-06512,ORA-04088 occurs intermittently
