ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MySQL Shell connections creating additional connections from anonymous users



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The anonymous user should not be attempted and fail, since that user does not exist in mysql user accounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the Connection Control plugin
2. Make sure there is no anonymous user acccount
3. Connect via mysqlsh and notice the failed attempt for the anonymous user. Compare to mysql command line client which works.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trust the value of failed attempts for the plugin.
