How To Selectively Restore Binlog Only via MEB Compressed Image (Doc ID 2415971.1)

Using MEB with Image and Compression.

Goal is to restore only the binary logs from the Backup Image.

eg use case:

A large database with a REPLICA was paused and the BINLOG on the Source has been purged.

Binary log is in MEB backup image, but entire size is multiple Terabytes.

How to restore the individual BINARY LOG without needing to extract the entire backup?
