The performance statistics for materialized views which is using remote-tables are not logged into following dictionary views:

  DBA_MVREF_RUN_STATS(mvref$_run_stats) ... partially logged but elapsed time is not logged.

  DBA_MVREF_STATS(mvref$_stats) ... not logged at all.
