Goal
You have already had the first GSM called gsmXXXX1c being up and running.
Now after you add the second GSM called gsmXXXX, it fails with GSM-40078 another GSM instance with the same name is still connected to catalog when you start it.
GDSCTL>start gsm -gsm GSMXXXX
GSM-45054: GSM error
GSM-40078: another GSM instance with the same name is still connected to catalog
GDSCTL>config gsm
