Big Data SQL 3.2 Queries Fail With "Invalid host name: local host is: (unknown);" (Doc ID 2424658.1)

After installing BDS 3.2 successfully queries fail with:

ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
ORA-29400 data cartridge error
KUP-11504: error from external driver: oracle.hadoop.sql.xcat.common.XCatException : 1001 : Error getting splits document. Cause : Invalid host name: local host is: (unknown); destination host is: "":8020;; For more details see:
