Symptoms

After successfully updating Big Data SQL from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1 "scl enable python27 "./jaguar --requestdb <db> databasereq" fails with:

ERROR: Command Get database key failed on service bigdatasql.

Additionally:

1. Uninstalling Big Data SQL 3.2.0 is fully successful.

2. The Big Data SQL uninstall verifications are correct: 

5. The Big Data SQL logs do not display any information about the error.
