Information in this document applies to any platform.
It is important to consider how performance will change when the cluster is degraded. Due to some reason, data nodes of MySQL NDB Cluster may encounter critical problem and stop working. Even in such case, the cluster will continue its operation unless all data nodes within a node group become offline. However, the work load capacity of the cluster will change. This document describes how its performance changes when a data node (or data nodes) are unavailable.
