Database Name: CDBPROD
Database Unique Name: CDBPRODS
Directory Name: /u01/app/oracle/ including all subdirectories
Unix username: Oracle
Unix group: Oracle

This is very helpful, when there is a requirement to offload the backup on disaster recovery server, but standby / dataguard is not supported (in case if database is standard edition, or its an EBS database).
