RAC Database Throws ORA-600: [17099] and ORA-600: [kssrc_pop:underflow] Errors During Shutdown (Doc ID 2433547.1)

Symptoms

Your RAC instance is being shut down and the following errors can occur in any of the LMHB, MMON, DIAG or QM02 processes:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kssrc_pop:underflow]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17099], [0x000000000]

 

The stack trace will be similar to the following:
