Post Patch 28253116 = Errors in the Alert Log: ORA-600[Cursor not typechecked] (Doc ID 2433807.1)

Symptoms

After applying <Patch 28253116> (MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF DATABASE PSU 11.2.0.4.160419 FOR BUGS 19614585 19689979) in a Standby environment, the following error occurs in the alert log:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [Cursor not typechecked], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

 

The Call Stack Trace in the associated incident trace file shows:

The Current SQL Statement in the associated incident trace file is an Oracle Enterprise Manager related query originating from:  MODULE NAME:(emagent_SQL_oracle_database).

 

Patches 20387265 and 19363645 didn't help.
